Company Segments

Spirits:

In the Spirits segment, the Berentzen Group offers a wide range of branded and private label spirits. The Berentzen and Puschkin brands are two of the company’s three strategic core brands. The Berentzen Group’s main focus is on growth of the liqueur spirits of these two brands. Additionally, the Berentzen Group is one of the largest suppliers of private label spirits in Germany and offers its customers private label spirits in the entire price range. In the recent years the Berentzen Group pushes the spirit market with premium private label concepts.

 

Non-alcoholic Beverages:

The transformation of the Non-Alcoholic Beverages segment is one of the key elements of the ‘Building BERENTZEN 2028’ strategy. Until 2028, the segment will be strongly focused on the dynamically growing Mio Mio brand. Mio Mio has been one of the fastest growing soft drink brands in Germany for more than a decade, with continuous double-digit revenue growth.

 

Fresh Juice Systems:

Through its subsidiary Citrocasa, the Fresh Juice Systems segment supplies fruit juice presses to the retail and food service sectors, serving the trend towards healthy and sustainable nutrition. For its customers in the main markets, the company also offers oranges, pomegranates and bottles. Citrocasa thus provides a complete ecosystem. Citrocasa will launch a totally new, innovative supermarket machine in 2024.

 

Sustainability:

Sustainability is an important issue for the Berentzen Group with its history of more than 260 years. In 2024 the Berentzen Group will publish a reshape of its ambitious ESG-strategy. The numerous measures of the recent years have led to the Gold Medal in the renowned EcoVadis sustainability rating for three times in a row. The Berentzen Group is one of the top 2% of all companies rated by EcoVadis.
